The classification grid contains 133 criteria divided into 3 main chapters: equipment, customer services, accessibility and sustainable development
(cf. Order of August 2, 2010 setting the standards and procedure for classifying furnished tourist accommodation).

Hygiene measures
Before each arrival, we proceed to the disinfection of the accommodation according to the recommendations in force (house linen replaced and washed at the highest temperature, ventilated accommodation, disinfection of the toilets, of all the surfaces of furniture, door handles and windows, bedding and floors…
This "disinfection" part, linked to the health crisis, remains obligatory and we are committed to it for your well-being and safety.
During your stay, you agree to normal use of the accommodation entrusted to you and to its routine maintenance.
End of stay
Compulsory cleaning package (100 € )
This will be carried out by a specialized company after your departure.
You are just asked to collect the used household linen to deposit in the bag provided for this purpose.
